French Flair – The little things make such a difference – Pity about the spiralling COST of the “Attention to Finer Details”.

The “Hand Craft” details, spirals, twist, turns, almost double the cost of a kitchen. Does NOT work with short cupboards, you need to have high ceilings for maximum impact.

So you will want your Veggie cupboard close by.

Remember with granite we can bring out the design for the stove,

And have a little semi-circle for the basin.

A 5 plate Gas Hob with a separate Gas Oven

A Gas Hob, and a separate Electric Thermal Oven?

Do you want the Bin by the ………….

I like a slide out with a Bin to throw all the rubbish in.

NOTE * Don’t forget, you need to a have a special Extractor Hood for a Gas Stove.

NOTE * The switches HAVE to be facing DOWN not forward like all nearly all extractor fans.

This fan is hidden inside the “BOX” we design (See pics below)

When you want to switch on the fan, it is easy when they face downwards.

Else if you have the space and the $$$ look at this extractor from SMEG – Pops up out of the counter top and when finished, slides back down again.

And if you want an Gas Hob but with the latest STEAM OVEN for healthy cooking, keep that moisture, colour and consistency, no flour mixing, why cook items separate?

See – you can’t see the extractor fan. If those buttons are facing forward, you are going to HATE someone for a long time.

NOTE * COUNTERTOP WORKSPACE.

Personally, I don’t like messing with the customers WORK SPACE.

So I would not design something that adds “three draws” and two non- essential hob supports,

What it does do is take away a LOAD of counter top WORK space, and offer little or nothing in return, but that is just my thinking!

Just some FOOD for Thought

Window makes all the difference. Don’t be SHY, rip out the window and add a window of your dreams.

I can assure you it will be CHEAPER than the GAS stove?

If you LOVE the OLDE WORLDE CHARM, then maybe this is for you. But you might have to ADD another nought to your budget.

There is just something so nice about this Gas Hob Kitchen, even if it does not have a RED GAS STOVE.

But I can visualise the Red stove there, Can you?

Is it just me, or is there something special about a RED Gas Stove!

With a Pull out SPICE rack next to the Cooker. One on each side is even better!

Budget – If you buy a free standing Gas stove, with the installation, Gas Bottles, change over switches, Cage to house two gas bottles, special gas copper piping and a CERTIFICATE for insurance, else you will not get paid out by your insurance company if it is installed by the guy outside your local Builder Warehouse Professional Electrician / Partner/ Gas Stove installer!

BANG in the night can flatten half you home (or Worse)

They got a lot more than I saw on their website! I bought a lovely Gas stove from them.

They advertised it for R 6500.00 instead of R 9500.00

I bought it, paid for it.

They complained it was the WRONG PRICE!

True to their word, they stuck by the price and delivered the stove.

So from KITCHENGUYS WE SALUTE GAME for honouring their word.

They DO NOT HAVE A “SEARCH” button on their website – WOW . . . in this day and age!

But they do have Gas Stoves at very fair prices.. I should know.
